Tracking Your Parcel
As soon as your order is collected by the courier, we generate a tracking number and update your order.

Proof of Delivery

If Your Parcel Arrives Damaged

Hassle-Free Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.
The return shipping address will be provided by our support team, depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a trackable courier service.
A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Cancellations are not accepted, but if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.
Refund payment processing time is 2 working days
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
