What Happens After You Place an Order?

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters production. This stage typically takes 1–2 working days.
  • After production is complete, your items are handed over to trusted courier partners such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We have been working with these carriers since 2017, ensuring safe, timely, and professional delivery.
  • Deliveries normally reach your doorstep within 5–7 working days, no matter where in the world you are located. We proudly offer worldwide shipping.

Tracking Your Parcel

  • As soon as your order is collected by the courier, we generate a tracking number and update your order.
  • You will instantly receive an email with your tracking details to the address provided during checkout.
  • For the best delivery experience, we recommend including your phone number when placing an order. This allows the courier to send SMS updates and, if necessary, contact you directly before delivery.

Proof of Delivery

  • Once your parcel arrives, the courier tracking page will update to show the delivery status.
  • Within 1 working day of delivery, a proof of delivery document is uploaded to the courier’s website, providing official confirmation that your order has been received.

If Your Parcel Arrives Damaged

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please rest assured that we are here to help.
  • Simply contact us through our live chat on the website or via the Contact Us form. Our support team usually responds instantly, and always within one working hour.
  • To process a replacement or refund, we kindly ask you to provide photos of the damaged parts.
  • Once the item is returned, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement item.

Hassle-Free Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.
  • The return shipping address will be provided by our support team, depending on your location.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a trackable courier service.
  • 3% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Cancellations are not accepted, but if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
  • For incorrect items (wrong size, color, etc.), you must notify us within 3–5 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns: the product must be in original condition and shipped back trackable at the customer’s expense (unless the error is ours).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Please note, due to the nature of certain products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalised orders (including play mats, wallpapers, posters, and any made-to-order items).
  • Sale items or items marked as final sale.
  • Wallpaper samples (as they are sample-only).
  • Digital downloads or electronic files.
  • Perishable items such as flowers or food.
  • Intimate or hygienic items such as personal care products or undergarments.
  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are crafted to order. Please note that made-to-order furniture, wall art, and customised designs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
