Where do your products come from?

Our products are dispatched from the nearest warehouse to your location. For example, if you are based in the USA, items will be dispatched from our warehouse in Illinois. We also have warehouses in the UK and Australia. Our production of products happens in our factory in China. In case stock is not available in the warehouse, items will be dispatched from our factory. This does not affect delivery timings as we will always be using UPS, no matter from where the item is dispatched.
